Ingredients 

10 pounds chicken breasts (7 lbs. cooked)

6 cups small diced celery

11/2 cups of sliced green onions

11/2 cups toasted sliced almonds

4 cups of mayonnaise

3 jars of Mango chutney

1 cup of Curry powder

Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

1.) Cook chicken in a parchment & tin foil covered pan at 165° or more

2.) Cool properly. Once cooled, shred or dice 1/4 inch pieces.

3.) Mix well all ingredients.
